Lockdown Day 580 - 27 October 2021
Seeing as this blog is a diary of a brain, I decided to share a couple of brain growing tips I recently came across. Neurogenesis is the generation of new neurons in the brain. This happens at conception, after birth and throughout our lifespan.
It is said by many scientists who have studied neuroplasticity and neurogenesis, the brain is still very uncharted when it comes to how and why regeneration happens. It has been proven that thoughts alone can create neurons.
Here are a couple of tips you can consider to grow your brain:
✨Feeling loved
✨Running
✨Turmeric (curcuminoids)
✨Occasional fasting - such as the 16 hours between early dinner and brunch the next day.
✨An enriched environment, such as colourful walls, a pot plant corner or different colours of light where you spend most of your day.
✨Magic Mushrooms or Psilocybin 'shrooms have long thin stems, the cap shaped like a coffee pod or pointy hat.
✨Omega3 fatty acids found in High grade Krill oil.
✨St John's Wort or 5-Htp typically used to lift your mood.
✨Green Tea contains ECCG that is known to prevent inflammation, brain and heart disease.
✨Blueberries are neuroprotectors, looking out for your brain cells.
Think what you are thinking about. If it doesn't grow your brain, change it. More still, use the Word of God, because it is the washing of the water of the Word that assists neurogenesis optimally.
