Lockdown Day 579 - 26 October 2021

While resting today, I came across an interview of a writer. He had an encounter with an autistic child who cannot speak, yet receives messages from God. Although supernatural interventions from God happen all the time people seem to shy away from it for various reasons such as a negative experience or fear.

Truth is, God is supernatural. And everything about Him is supernatural. He is triune and He walked this earth through His Son Jesus. Believing in Him constitutes touching the supernatural and stepping into a world where physical boundaries do not exist.

Because of this, and the amazing Scientist that God is, accounts like this autistic child Josiah and his supernatural ability to relay messages hit the heart in a profound way. Even if you're not a believer, it is hard to ignore the facts.

Being 'locked in' like with autism is something most people do not understand. And yet, that is what many of us "normal" people do well. We lock ourselves in a self-created comfort zone, thinking we are still advanced and open-minded.

When something out of the normal crosses our path, we don't allow ourselves to explore the possibility that another reality exists outside our own parameters of what is normal.

Understanding God's love, purpose and destiny for your life can lift your heart to focus on Jesus not to get more from Him but to get more of Him. He is the ultimate boundary shifter. So why not take a chance and trust your Designer. He's definitely got this in a way we cannot begin to comprehend!
