Lockdown 711

Lockdown Day 711-7 March 2022
Today I decided to try out a short swim along King's Beach just behind the waves to test my back.
What a wonderful feeling to be back in the ocean after a week's absence! It did me the world of good and proved my back is on the heal.

The physiotherapist confirmed this after an infrared treatment of all the muscles revealed all was well enough to start swimming longer distances again.

Later, while struggling to reconnect our faulty router, I thought about how incredibly connected the world is at this moment in time and how we literally are lost when we don't have access.

I wondered how being cut off occasionally maybe isn't such a bad thing. Like a kind of "down time" to re-focus on what is really important and necessary.

At the same time I wonder how prepared we are in the event of a total internet crash or shut down. Much like the Russian locals and Ukraine people who have no access to news updates or internet. Basically they are in the 'dark'.
Many will say it will never happen just like many said the whole world will never be taken over by a virus.

The only sure thing to bank on no matter what happens, is God. God the Father, God the son (Jesus) and God the Holy Spirit. He is omnipotent (all-powerful) , omniscient (all-knowing) and omnipresent (everywhere at the same time) . Walking with Him is the way to go. Because He's got this.
