Lockdown 435

Lockdown Day 435- 4 June 2021
So the winter has finally arrived, with the temperatures dropping below zero in many places of the country.
Snow is expected on mountains and a short bout of hot weather is also predicted over the weekend. This probably means more rain, which for this area and the Langkloof, sounds like manna from heaven.

I suppose it is all in the eye of the beholder. Because I love cold weather and cold water, this is my perfect kind of day. For others, it is a nightmare and is summer more their thing. Being entitled to your preferences is one thing, but complaining about rain when you know your area is drought stricken, is beyond understanding.

I overheard someone say, "I hope it doesn't rain or I'll throw a tantrum." Really?
I actually think speaking such things can keep the rain away, like a negative mantra. It takes effect in the spirit realm and becomes reality before you know it. And in saying such a thing, I believe a spiritual drought can be brought upon the sayer.

In the same way, to proclaim a blessing of rain upon the land can induce a spiritual blessing on the people too.
So let's become blessing callers and call it out loud. For rain, for peace, for hope and most of all faith in the Truth, without Whom we will fade out.
