Lockdown 434

Lockdown Day 434- 3 June 2021

This morning I started a new normal. I went to the beach. The part I so enjoyed last year when we were here.

Although a lot less crowded, there were plenty of people seeking the sun and salty air.

The spot where I was sitting was a good 4 metres from anyone else. It was quiet, except for the swishing of the waves going to and fro.

Apart from my new little living space, this is the only other place I feel could be as virus free as possible.

The sea reminds me of the need to breathe, to zoom out a little and to remember what's important. To remember to use my time productively while it seems as if the whole human race have gone off their rockers.

It just keeps coming in and going out, just as God designed it to be. So if you feel lost, weighed down or completely stuck, do as the sea does: keep on keeping on. While the ocean moves, it sweeps the beaches, oxygenates the water, etc.

Nothing in life is ever pointless. Not seeing immediate results doesn't mean you've wasted your time.

Just because God doesn't wipe the virus off the earth (and believe me He can), doesn't mean He's not busy.

God has got this firmly in His grip. He is the only real Truth.
