Lockdown Day 253 - 4 December 2020
Last unpacking after moving day!
After having my feet and hands done at an old friend's salon for the upcoming wedding, I headed back home for the last room. With Charmiane on her way for dinner at 6, I had a deadline for finishing the house.
She arrived just as I made the bed. No more boxes in the house! There are only a couple of boxes from way back left in the garage and a couple of arrangements that need to be done at my work station. At last we can start enjoying our new space. But first: rest. Sleeping in tomorrow is paramount.
Thank you C for starting my birthday week today with a birthday box. The kind I want to keep. And A for making me feel special and blessed this morning.
The moon and clouds were dancing across the sky as I got in bed. Grateful for my river of life that didn't dry up or my amygdala saying this is too much. And reverent for God because of His eternal goodness feeding my faith.
