Lockdown 539

Lockdown Day 539 - 16 September 2021

Another cold day with a few drops every two hours or so. The clouds look promising and we are watching the gauge, praying fervently for relief, 😌 never losing faith or hope.

Believing God against all odds isn't always easy. It is human nature to reserve some trust and faith in what we see and hear as well.

Yesterday I met a young person who, despite having no relationship with God, has this "thing on the heart" distinctly leading this person to hold specific convictions that align 100% with Godly and Biblical principles.

It was so clear to me how the Holy Spirit was impressing these things on this person's heart, who felt 'persecuted' by those not holding the same convictions. Now that is the God I serve. He uses whoever to drive home what He wants to put across. And if you're not up for the part, He looks for someone to fulfill that role.

Declaring our availability to play a part in His wonderful plan, we need to get the fact that it's just all about Him and never our own agenda. Just think how amazing that young person's life would be if lived in relationship with God. That Spirit dimension will answer all the fears this person is carrying around, driving in the peace that is above all understanding.

Whatever God impresses on our heart, when that peace is present we are stuntmen in heavenly places, battling alongside the One who's firmly in control. So why not release all fear and ask Him in...... You won't be sorry. He delivers. Always. Because He's got this.
