Lockdown Day 359 - 20 March 2021

Wow what another great day in Bloem. After kicking off with espresso from Izzy's fabulous Italian coffee pot (to go on my wish list, nudge nudge wink wink😉) and a chat about life's blessings, we left for brunch with a former colleague we share a historic bond of trust with. 

C, you have always just been there for me with an open heart and your super strong gentle spirit. And thank you Izzy for blessing us with your wisdom...... and of course all things Italian! 

The blessing of intermittent rain reminded me of the different friends that leave footprints on our life's path, each with their own God-given purpose adding another dimension to our life. From each we receive paradigm shifting truths assisting in our growth and maturity as whole and healthy people.

Dinner was at Avanti with two angels in my life I have gotten to know very well the past two years. Feeling as if we've been friends for a lifetime, I am thankful for their one of a kind impression on my path. And I know this will stand the test of time. They are the back covering of the armour of God.

Drifting off to sleep with an owl's hoo-hoo close-by, I wonder what God has in store for tomorrow, resting in the assurance that He's got this.
