Lockdown Day 288 - 8 January 2021

This blonde is not really an IT guru or a social media butterfly. And normally I wouldn't venture an opinion of all these happenings in the world. But after the umpteenth video, opinion and screenshots I have received the last two days I thought to give my 2cents worth. 

I am referring to whatsapp conditions which are now changed to meet those of facebook and instagram.  

I won't venture a tech opinion, because that is not my concern.  However, I do not (for the life of me) understand why anyone would want to do business on any of these platforms that were originally designed for personal communication. 

We are warned daily by our banking partners of all the fraud out there. But still people choose to click on a link and browse/buy products online. Another thing, I myself was caught reading a "medical" article I was led to believe was written by a well known South African doctor. Turns out he never knew his name was fraudulently linked to the research and product. 

From what I understand, you still have the control over your 'account' as long as you don't buy or sell. Yet millions of people do already. I smell old school returning. Thick and fast. 

Many Christians are in a state about all this, and quite frankly shouldn't be at all. God says we should follow Him and only Him in the last days. This means we trust Him to show us all the dangers we need to avoid.  It's not about who follows you, but rather Who you follow. 

God's got this. And whatever else you surrender to Him.
